Australia vs Venus Circa 1972, 4' x 3' Acrylics on board. One of the first works painted after leaving Art School in 1970. Originally inspired from Sci-Fi cover art of the time but this work was over painted and this new direction was taken using bold colouring and a ship design that includes organic life forms as part of the fabric of the ship and these can also be seen emerging from the ground to absorb the female nude.     All designs and art are Copyright© and owned by Greg Bridges.
